All students are expected to turn up at 09:45 every morning on the course dates you have booked. This is so the course structure can be met and all students receive the same amount and quality of tuition.

Public parking is available at Como Street Car Park on the corner of North Street. Matalan also offers 2 hour parking slots. There is also on street parking on Macintosh Road close to the institute.

Yes, you will receive email confirmation as soon as you book the course. This will then be followed up by a call from a member of our team along with regular texts updates leading up to your course start date.

No, although we do advise to pay the full cost if you can we do have an option for a deposit and a further option to pay the outstanding balance via online banking or in person. You will also receive a text reminding you of any outstanding balance 2 weeks before the course start date.

No, you don't have to bring anything to the course as all materials and resources are supplied within the cost. However, if you do have pens and pads these would prove useful whilst making notes. If you also have your own rotary machine and iPad, these would useful to when coming to the practical side of the course but aren't necessary.

No, we teach you everything you need to get started on your tattooing journey from the very beginning. This includes Health and Safety, Hygiene, Legislation and Practical Techniques and much more.

Yes, on the final assessment day of the course we encourage students to bring their own models, whether it be family, friends or a volunteer as long as they are aged 18 or above. (ID may be required in some circumstances)

Tattoo courses are booked online via our booking portal and confirmation will be emailed when your booking is successful.

No, the piercing course is in depth and will get your started in your piercing careers. Covering everything from Health and safety, Legislation, Equipment and techniques and much more.

All piercing courses will recommend a reliable supplier. Some of the suppliers will offer discounts as part of joining them as a member too.

Yes, we like to reward and encourage our students to build their skills and techniques and offer a discount to any tattoo students looking to build their skills portfolio by attending our piercing course.

The best airport to land into London to get to us would be Heathrow airport as this connects to the Elizabeth Train Line which travels through directly to Romford where the Institute is based.

Yes, there are reasonably priced hotel in Romford town centre. The main ones being Premier Inn Romford Town Centre (7 minute walk) and Travelodge London Romford (5 Minute Walk).
